Visa requirements

  1.   1 completed online visa application forms. When the link opens, click on Visa Request to start the online application. After completing the form online, print it out and send along with the remaining required documents.
  2.   The original passport with at least 1 blank visa page.
  3.   1 recent professional passport size photos of the applicant.
  4.    For a business visa - a letter of responsibility ( sample ) is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead. If traveling for a conference - an invitation letter from event organizers in Brazil is required. A business letter of responsibility must be notarized for applicants residing in the following states (CO, NM, TX, KS, OK, AR, LA)
  5.    Copy of airline tickets or itinerary is required.
  6.    Copy of drivers license as proof of residence in the Consular Jurisdiction. Residents of the following states must provide a notarized copy of the driver's license (CO, NM, TX, KS, OK, AR, LA)
  7.   Visa processing Order Form.

Documents which are submitted in the manner different from the above will not be accepted. After visa is received please check it and if you discover any mistake return it to us for correction.
